Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Imperfections or variations to the image/ colour shown on the website
- Damage to items while in transit
If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, or you have received the in-correct product, please send an image along with your name and order number to: hello@stemandreed.com.au
We kindly ask that you inspect all orders upon delivery and get in touch with any issues or concerns within 7 business days from delivery.
