Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, using either Standard or Express services where available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritise your shipment.

Please note: wholesale orders are excluded from standard dispatch timeframes.

International Orders & Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

Authority to Leave

Authority to leave is automatically applied to all parcels. Please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or where it can be safely left.

PO Boxes

At this stage, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
